Sunday December 20th 4pm – The Story of Christmas – by Candlelight
The storytelling starts in a socially distanced queue on the path outside the Chapterhouse singing a carol as we gel our hands.  Tonight our church is Bethlehem and we enter an atmospheric street scene leading through the fields to the stable bathed in glorious light.  Passing shepherds, wise men and angels we enter the candlelit church and take our reserved seat to pick up the story in words, music and prayer.  After this short service each family receives a gift candle as they leave the church singing a final carol outside on the church path.
Entrance is free but must be pre-booked on website – masks and distance  must be observed

Christmas Eve 4pm – Tidings of Comfort and Joy – by Candlelight
The service starts in a socially distanced queue on the path outside the Chapterhouse and leads into the candlelit church via the nativity scene.  The short service will give each of us space to feel the holiness of this special night and to say prayers for our families and friends and those in need.  With words and music to uplift us the service ends with a Christmas Blessing and families collecting a gift candle at the church porch before singing a final carol on the church path as you leave.
Entrance is free but must be pre-booked on website – masks and distance  must be observed

Christmas Day 9.30am – Family Eucharist – Birthday Celebration
A special service for a special day.  Everyone is welcome but you will need to pre-book your seat.
Masks and distance must be  observed
